Good news from Schröcken-Nesslegg
The apartment and hotel project "Arlberg Alpin Aparts" on the Arlberg is making progress. The schedule is on time, the first construction stage could be successfully mastered to the delight of the responsible persons. More than a quarter of the planned apartments have been sold.
Those responsible for the apartment and hotel project are proud. Despite some adverse weather conditions, the construction schedule was met. "We are very satisfied with the construction progress", said the responsible persons. But now the construction site is now resting at 1495 meters above sea level. Due to the general ban on construction in tourist locations during wintertime, it is made winter-proof. From 1 December, no construction equipment will be left standing around, everything will be tidied up until next spring.
Many inquiries
"Arlberg Alpin Aparts" would like to thank the responsible construction companies and neighbors, who are very committed to helping and supporting the project. "Arlberg Alpin Aparts" and "The Heimat auf 1495m" develop well, the starting position is promising, inquiries from apartment buyers are recorded. More than a quarter of the apartments in the new building have already been sold. By the end of the ski season, 50 to 60 percent of the apartments should have been sold.
As a reminder: by September 2021, 60 apartments and a hotel complex will be available in Schröcken-Nesslegg for guests with an Alpine affinity. The latter will be a Hilton™ hotel, including a high standard catering area. It is a long-term project that will continue to exist even after 30 years. But positioning of a Hilton™ hotel wants to be considered accordingly and is meant to be sustainable. Therefore, the municipality Warth Schröcken currently mandated a marketing study.
